I just completed a four-day course (just an hour per day!) called AI Literacy: Developing Your AI into a Useful Assistant.

Project EM is a national initiative bringing Jewish human service agencies together by leveraging the knowledge, skills and connections of its 18 participating agencies. Project EM is focused on serving job seekers who have historically not had access to reliable workforce and career coaching supports. Since 2022, Project EM has supported close to 53,342 job seekers to start and advance their careers.
The course was very informative, and it was free. I thought that the teacher, Phil Konecki, did a fantastic job, and I learned some big things. I have always been a rules-follower, but I found out out some rules have changed, including the one about how long one’s resume should be. The class taught people through the Zoom sessions about ATS and about how employers use AI, and the takeaway for me is that I can use my knowledge to make my resume more effective.
So, it’s good and it’s free, but is it history? No! Phil is offering it again in October:
