Booming Cannabis Business at Boveda Forces Firm to Move

Boveda is a company that has seen its business boom as legal cannabis has proliferated. The company has a patented two-way humidity control process that gained traction initially in the cigar industry and then spread to many others, including medical devices, food storage and even musical instruments. In recent years, the demand for its 62% packs has been soaring, and the company, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, has outgrown its original office after almost 20 years of operations. Boveda spent nearly $1mm for its new 8200 s.f. building.
