One of the many companies running advertisements for how people can do very well with their investments with minimal effort is Gemalgo, which operates as GemGroup Capital and has a LinkedIn company listing as well. Gemalgo was formed in early 2023 by Sean Beaman. He talks a lot on LinkedIn with his videos.
The company’s advertisements discuss Jim Simons and how he invested, but Simons, the hedge fund manager (Renaissance Technologies) who was very strong in math and passed a way in 2024, has nothing to do with the company at all. Here is an Instagram post from Gemalgo lauding him:

Beaman, apparently a very good business person who exited several businesses, says a lot of good things about Gemalgo, which is not an investment manager but a software provider. The website, which is really just an advertisement and says nothing about the company’s leadership, points out many good things:

Beaman’s posts say some very good things, but neither he nor the website conveys the cost to get in a position to have your capital compound automatically. The disclosure at the bottom says the truth: “We provide education and software tools only. We do not give financial advice or manage investments. All performance examples are for educational purposes and are not guarantees of future results. Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of capital. Hypothetical or simulated results have limitations and may differ from real outcomes. Consult a licensed financial professional before making financial decisions. See Full Disclosure for details.” This disclosure gives another website: GemAlgo. This doesn’t give any information on him or his wife, who built the company privately. He talks about who owns Gemalgo on an Instagram post that just named their names and didn’t discuss any of the people who work with him. Beaman’s personal story is told:
GemAlgo started as my personal wealth engine. I had no intention of opening it to external capital. The system was built to manage post-exit capital — mine specifically — with the same rigor I applied to building the businesses that generated it.
After three years of verified, consistent performance with drawdowns that never exceeded what I was prepared to lose, I made a decision. The infrastructure was built. The track record was established. And I knew there were other people — founders, physicians, executives, investors — who had the same problem I had, and who deserved access to the same quality of solution.
That is what GemAlgo is. Not a fund. Not a black box. A systematic equities algorithm built for my own capital first — now available to a select group of investors who share the same standards.

Anyone that want to access this system needs to schedule a private consultation, to connect their brokerage account and let the algorithm run. The AI chatbot on the site told me that a representative would contact me when I texted it the question “what is the fee?” this morning. I didn’t hear back yet, but it is a fixed licensing fee.
