Harvest One Cannabis – Facilities

Duncan Facility
Duncan, BC – Vancouver Island

The Harvest One Cannabis Duncan facility is an ACMPR license,  low-cost, highly scalable production facility. The facility has 10,000 square feet of cultivation space, a full in-house biochemical QA/QC laboratory, a Level 8 Narcotics Vault, and fully automated high-tech growing and fertilizer systems. The facility has a grow plan of 31 distinct commercial varieties and is under a long-term lease for 7+ years. The facility has a 1,000-kilogram annual production capacity.

Phase 2 and Phase 3 modules are expected to be complete by Q4 2019. The modular expansion will increase the facility’s capacity to 3,500 kilograms. The site also has 13 acres available for further expansion.

Lucky Lake Facility
Lucky Lake, SK

The Harvest One Cannabis Lucky Lake facility is a 68,000-square-foot, modern agricultural facility sitting on a 22-acre property. The facility, in the process of being built out, has 20-foot bay ceilings to allow for vertical cultivation system and ample power and water. The Lucky Lake facility, which is in the final stages of licensing, is situated adjacent to a CN rail line and airport. Annual production capacity is expected to be 11,000 kilograms.  The facility is expected to reach completion and receive Health Canada licensing in Q4 2019. Future development at the site could include outdoor growing.

Greenbelt Greenhouse
Lynden, ON

Harvest One acquired majority control of Greenbelt Greenhouse. The facility includes a 152,000-square-foot greenhouse and a 42,000-square-foot processing facility. The Greenbelt site will be responsible for oil for product formulation of the company’s branded lines. When complete, the facility will have an annual production capacity of 15,000 kilograms and extraction capabilities of up to 150 kilograms of dried flower per day. The facility retrofit is slated for completion in Q2 2020, and it has pending cultivation and processing license applications with Health Canada.
