Illinois Cannabis Sales Increase 85% in February

Illinois total cannabis sales reached $110.3 million in February, down 9% from January (3 fewer days) and up 85% from a year ago (1 fewer day):

Adult-use sales, according to the state, totaled $80.7 million, up 132% from a year ago and down 9% from January:

Out-of-state purchases represented 28% of adult-use sales, similar to January. Medical cannabis sales fell 9.5% sequentially to $29.6 million, up 19% from a year ago.

According to the state, dry flower accounted for 47% of total sales to 63,564 patients. The number of patients declined 2.9% from January during February.
