SpeedWeed Cannabis Delivery Hits Roadblock

L.A.’s chief lawyer and prosecutor, Mike Feuer, has filed an injunction against Cosmic Mind, doing business as SpeedWeed, a cannabis delivery service that caters to an elite clientele in the Los Angeles area. The suit, which names owners AJ Gentile, wife Jen and brother Gino, alleges that the operations, which include at least seven delivery centers, are not consistent with Proposition D.  Feuer seeks to shut down delivery and to halt using the locations within Los Angeles for cultivation, processing, storage or distribution.
