Jaret Christopher is a Boston-based serial entrepreneur and technology executive with 20+ years experience building software companies. Jaret has founded several software companies from the ground up with multiple successful exits. Previously, Jaret headed up the IoT)strategy for Xeros, Inc (London Stock Exchange: XSG.L). Prior to Xeros, Jaret was the CEO & Founder of MortgageCEO, a SaaS-based CRM and marketing automation company designed for the financial services industry which was acquired by Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI) in 2014. Prior to MortgageCEO, Jaret was the CEO & Founder of TrueAdvantage, a VC-backed market intelligence and sales prospecting SaaS company acquired by Wasserstein & Co. and Rustic Canyon Ventures and subsequently acquired by InsideView. Jaret began his career working in the energy conservation and green-tech industry for Strategic Energy Partners, NORESCO (acquired by Equitable Resources, NYSE: EQT), and RES Consulting. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Management Engineering.

David is Head of Business Development, and member of the founding team of Sprout. Prior to focusing his efforts in the Cannabis space, David led business development efforts for SimpliSmarter, Inc a leading provider of marketing software for retailers, marketers, and digital agencies. Prior to joining Jaret at Sprout, and SimpliSmarter, David spent 25 plus years growing businesses by leading business development, and sales teams in multiple industries, with a unique combination of product development, marketing, and sales development skills. David also brings to Sprout, experience as an entrepreneur, and founder of two companies, a concierge portal for hotels, and an integrated supplier of precious metal services to the jewelry industry. David resides in Needham, Ma just outside of Boston.

Roger has spent 20 +years leading sales team’s selling software-as-a-service. Originally from Upstate NY, he began his career at 3M Company and has held many roles building and leading teams in both New York and the Boston Massachusetts market. His teams have focused on SaaS platforms while at start-ups, TrueAdvantage, Companybook and the established Avention, as well as teams who delivered digital marketing solutions, network security solutions and data cleansing offerings at companies such as Reed Business, NetBrain Technologies and Aberdeen. He was nominated to the “Top 50 C-Level Sales Professionals in Boston” by RecruitLoop in 2016 and recently published a book, “Ketchup for Your Sales Process” which focuses on sales process and unique ways to open doors. He currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Sprout, a CRM & marketing platform for the cannabis industry. He resides in Rochester, NY.
