4Front Announces New Additions To Lead Brand Development

Richard Degnan and Karin Myint of Metalmark Join 4Front as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer

PHOENIX, July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — 4Front Holdings, LLC (“4Front”), a leading retail and brand development company in the cannabis industry, announced today that the Company has enlisted two experienced marketing and design professionals to its leadership team.

Richard Degnan and Karin Myint have joined 4Front as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer, respectively. The pair, who run their own brand-development shop, Metalmark Partners, will be responsible for significantly strengthening the 4Front and MissionTM dispensary brands, as well as boosting the Company’s product-branding capabilities.

As the heads of the brand-development firm Metalmark Partners, Mr. Degnan and Ms. Myint bring more than 20 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy to the 4Front team. Prior to joining 4Front, Mr. Degnan and Ms. Myint have worked with several major consumer and retail brands, including Williams-Sonoma, The Body Shop, Vosges Haut-Chocolat, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Earlier this year, the Company announced the opening of a second Mission dispensary in Allentown, Pennsylvania, preceded by the Mission dispensary on Chicago’s South Shore, which opened in 2017. 4Front expects at least five additional Mission dispensaries to open across the Northeast in 2018.
