Cannabis Prices Continue to Decline, with Washington Below $1500 per Pound

Cannabis Benchmarks 102315Each week, New Leaf Data Services publishes a weekly assessment of cannabis prices by evaluating the legal prices  for a standardized potency across a variety of markets.  From an overall perspective, prices declined almost 3%  this week to $1790 per pound from $1841, with most reported transactions between $1522 and $2438 per pound.  The report stated that outdoor prices averaged $1578, while greenhouse and indoor were $1714 and $2070, respectively.

Regionally, California fell 2% to $1528, while Colorado also declined 2% to $1878.  Oregon rose 3% to $1957 per pound, while Washington dropped 6% to $1443.  The report details several regional observations, including black market prices, and it also shares a model that predicts forward prices.
