Phil Silvestri posted his views on the Canna Law Blog, suggesting to license holders in Nevada that they consider the strong near-term demand for licenses in the state and consider selling their license now if they don’t intend to use it. With over 80% of the dispensary and cultivation licenses not yet operational and over 90% of the production licenses potentially avaialable for sale, Silvestri is bearish, as he believes that a requirement to obtain final certification by May 2016 will lead to an increased number of licenses for sale.

Remember, an asset is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it, so take advantage of the many investors out there. And if you wait too long, you will get zero.
