Magu Capital LLC is an investment advisory group that assists clients with capital allocation in the medical cannabis industry. Track record includes: Dispensary Operations, Cultivation Facilities, and Political Lobbying. Most recently, the team behind Magu raised $12.5mm for the AP Investment Fund, LLC on Nov 11, 2016. It was at the time the first fund to support RE acquisition and private debt servicing to regulated medical cannabis retail dispensaries and grow facilities in Southern California.

Began real estate investment in 1991 and launched a total of 23 Private Equity Real Estate funds. The estimated value of properties currently owned and under management is over $1 billion. Successfully closed his first fund in regulated cannabis industry – AP Investment Fund with $12.6 million in November 2016. BA, University of Southern California.

More than 30 years of investment experience in the Pacific Rim area. Co-Founder of Dalton Investments LLC with $3.4 billion Asset under Management (June 30, 2017). Margaret Holden
Chief Financial Officer

Over 20 years of experience in accounting and real estate sectors. Controller/CFO at Beach Front Property Management Inc and Beach Front Properties LLC since 2011. She is responsible for overseeing financial and accounting department for Beach Front. Former Controller at Real Page Inc. MBA, California State University, Fullerton; BS, Santa Clara University.

Tina Zhu
Director of Acquisitions

Over 5 years of experience in real estate and financial services industry. Closed over $100 million acquisitions and financing transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, investment research, and overseeing portfolios of distressed real estate assets and regulated cannabis operations. Former researcher at CRA/LA and Los Angeles Housing Department. Awarded Certificate of Recognition from City of Los Angeles (2012).
