A construction firm has purchased 332 acres in southern Colorado for a massive outdoor cultivation site that could change the face of marijuana growing in the state.
Marijuana Business Daily reports that Martra Holdings paid $1.3mm for the land in Walsenburg, which is located in Huerfano County, and will build out 1.8mm square feet of combined growing space.
