Oregon's Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Overwhelmingly Embraces Cannabis Project

AP reported that the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs in Oregon has voted by a substantial margin to approve a referendum to move forward on its cannabis project. Expected to generate sales of $26mm, the effort is the first Native American initiative in Oregon and follows two recent retail store openings in Washington by the Squaxin Island Tribe and the Suquamish Tribe.
