Simply Bare Organic Debuts New Cultivar BC Organic Platinum Punch

This small-batch product delivers a premium cannabis experience

April 12, 2021 (Vancouver, BC): Simply Bare™ Organic, Rubicon Organics Inc.’s (the “Company”) flagship premium cannabis brand, has announced a new exclusive cultivar called BC Organic Platinum Punch. The first batch of sustainably grown Platinum Punch is available in limited quantities to consumers across Ontario and British Columbia.

Boasting room-filling aromas true to its name, BC Organic Platinum Punch evokes flavours of cherry, blackberry and creamy vanilla, balancing the bold citrus and pepper undertones. The indica-dominant hybrid features vibrant purple leaves with fluffy yet dense buds frosted in trichomes, and bright orange pistils.

Grown in living soil in one of Canada’s first organic certified greenhouses, the cultivar is hang-dried for 14 days, cold-cured for two weeks and then sealed in a glass jar to preserve freshness. BC Organic Platinum Punch is FVOPA organic certified, with a rich combination of 𝛃-Caryophyllene, Limonene, Farnesene, and ⍺-Humulene terpenes, reflecting its Platinum Jelly and Purple Punch lineages.

Crafted in limited quantities, the product will be available in a 3.5g glass jar and 3 x 0.5g pre-rolls. The pre-rolls are delicately milled, rolled with organic hemp paper, finished by hand and individually sealed in a recyclable tin for a fresh experience every time. Consumers will need to move fast to scoop up their share of this unique cultivar.

The brand is committed to delivering the most aromatic and sustainable cannabis experience on the market, employing environmentally responsible practices. The hand-grown cultivar is brought to life with natural sunlight and organic living soil made with a proprietary mix of inputs including Douglas fir bark and kelp from the Sunshine Coast, ensuring maximum smoothness and exceptional taste.

We’re excited to introduce BC Organic Platinum Punch, our first small-batch premium cultivar, to consumers across Canada. The cultivar’s lineage provides a unique combination of terpenes, with a powerful expression of aromas as a result of careful, hands-on cultivation. We look forward to sharing this cultivar with our customers and adding it to our premium line-up.
