Colin Moore – Interim President and CEO
Mr. Moore, a Director of the company, is Interm President and CEO of Supreme. Previously, he served as the President of Starbucks Coffee Canada. Mr. Moore’s past experience also includes serving as President at the Mosaic Group. He has extensive experience in consumer goods, opertaions, and public markets. Mr. Moore will help the company execute its growth and transformation strategy.
Michael LaBrier – Chairman of the Board and Director
Mr. LaBrier is a successful Toronto-based real estate developer. Mr. LaBrier brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and governance experience to Supreme from his prior positions as President of Canderel Stoneridge, a large real estate development firm, and Trustee and Chair of the Governance Committee at Primaris REIT.
John Griese – COO
Mr. Griese has more than three decades of experience in executive-level CPG operations. He has worked with global companies, such as Nestle and Pepsico. He also brings cannabis experience to his new role through past experience at Creso Pharma and Bloom Farms. As COO of Supreme, Mr. Griese will develop the company’s operational strategy and work closely to ensure high performance at the company’s facilities.
Nikhil Handa – CFO
Mr. Handa is the CFO of the Company. In this role, he will lead Supreme’s finance department with a focus on capital allocation planning and M&A. Previously, he served as the VP of Finance at Well.ca. Over the course of his career, he has served in several finance leadership roles and been a member of the RBC Capital Markets mergers and acquisition group.
Ash Rajendra – CIO
Mr. Rajendra is the CIO of the Company. He previously served as CIO of Just Energy. He has significant experience working in a regulated environment and with vertically integrated products. His prior experience also includes serving as CIO of medical isotopes company Nordion.
Riyaz Lalani – Chief Corporate Officer
Mr. Lalani is the Chief Corporate Officer of the Company. Mr. Lalani has been involved in more than 150 shareholder actions and many M&A transactions. He has experience in financial transactions, crisis communications, and media relations. He founded the stakeholder relations firm Bayfield, and he has served as Chief Operating Officer of Canada’s largest proxy firm.
Sony Gokhale – General Counsel
Ms. Gokhale is the General Counsel of the Company. Before joining Supreme, she was a senior member of the Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt Commercial and Technology group. Her past experience also includes serving as senior counsel for BlackBerry.
Omer Azeez – VP, Commercialization
Mr. Azeez is the Vice President of Commercialization of the Company. Previously, Mr. Azeez held various positions at Philips Morris International, most recently as Manager, Senior Marketing. Mr. Azeez holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
Scott Walters – VP, Corporate Development
Mr. Walters is the Vice President of Corporate Development. He has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets. Mr. Walters, the founder and former CEO of Molecular Science Corporation, will focus on the Company’s growth strategy in his current role.
Barinder Bhullar – VP, International Affairs and Stakeholder Relations
Mr. Bhullar is the Vice President of International Affairs and Stakeholder Relations for the Company. His previous experience includes serving as Director of International Missions for the British Columbia Government. He is currently as Principal of Mainland Strategies. In his role as Vice President of Government Relations and International Affairs, he will manage the Company’s government relations across Canadian and international markets.
Steve Chan – VP, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Chan is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary for the Company. His previous roles include a Principal of Hugessen Consulting and capital markets strategist at TD Securities.
Ron Factor – Director
Mr. Factor is president at Geolam, Inc., an architectural eco-technology firm. Prior to this, Mr. Factor was the founder of the global supply chain management consulting practice at Deloitte Consulting in Toronto. Mr. Factor holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
