CFN Media interviewed David Ellerstein, the CEO of Jane and former telecom services entrepreneur, at the Cannabis World Congress and Business Expo in Los Angeles. Jane is a complete suite of financial products for licensed marijuana dispensaries and related companies to offset pressures due to increased government regulatory compliance.
Ellerstein explained that the kiosk allows customers to order product from a smart phone and come into the dispensary to finish the transaction, but it can also help complete a transaction that is either assisted by a budtender or unassisted within the dispensary. The kiosk not only improves the customer experience, but it also helps with regulatory compliance.
