Robert Weakley, CEO of Altai Brands, spoke at the State of Marijuana 2015 conference in Santa Monica in late September.  The parent of Altai Brands, INDUS Holding Company, has licensed the Dixie Brands IP for the state of California, and Altai manufactures the products.
