Cannabis Loyalty Marketing Innovator springbig Partners with Green Bits

springbig Announces Partnership with Green Bits Expanding Customer Loyalty Platform to 750 Additional Cannabis Retailers

Partnership Features the Cannabis Sector’s Loyalty Marketing Leader and the Top Retail and Compliance Management Platform

November 8, 2017 (Boca Raton, FL) – springbig, an innovator in loyalty marketing technology for the cannabis industry, announced today a new partnership with Green Bits, the industry-leading retail and automated compliance management platform for legal cannabis.

springbig, which uses SMS, loyalty marketing, and other tools to encourage repeat business for cannabis retailers, will integrate its technology with Green Bits’ point-of-sale (POS) and compliance platform to allow retailers that use GreenBits to easily implement customer loyalty and retention programs.

With this integration, springbig’s incentive tools will be immediately available to more than 750 Green Bits retail locations. Those retailers can now market to customers with the most effective, precise, and efficient loyalty technology available in the cannabis sector.

Even more significantly, this integration means retailers will no longer need a second device on their counters, such as a tablet that manually collects customer information to include them in a loyalty program. Now, this information will be collected with customer consent automatically – and only once — for retail loyalty programs through the information taken in by the Green Bits POS system. Additionally, springbig’s platform will allow these retailers to communicate with their customer base in real-time with springbig’s proprietary and simple self-serve marketing communication tools.

Our mission as a company is to help cannabis retailers boost efficiency, profits and compliance, while creating closer relationships with their customers. Our partnership with springbig makes perfect sense. Integrating Green Bits’ real-time inventory management software with springbig’s real-time incentive and rewards programs will allow our retailers to increase sales even more and help move inventory at even greater volumes, in addition to increasing repeat customer visits.

Green Bits Founder and CEO Ben Curren

“We know that retailers that implement customer loyalty programs are able to see immediate lift in customer traffic, repeat visits and sales. Additionally, our best-in-class digital communications platform will enable retailers to drive traffic into their stores within hours of launching their targeted SMS campaigns through our easy-to-use portal,” says Jeffrey Harris, founder and CEO of springbig. “We are delighted to be partnering with Green Bits to seamlessly bring our platform to their extensive customer base and help these retailers increase customer retention and ROI.”
