New Stock Index Tracks American Cannabis Industry in Real Time

Adding to our portfolio of customized and professionally overseen cannabis stock indices designed to help investors track the sector, we recently unveiled our newest index, the New Cannabis Ventures American Cannabis Operator Index. Consisting initially of 18 members, the index includes leading cultivators, processors and retailers of cannabis in the United States.  Launched on October 31 with a value of 100, the index closed at 124.16 on November 7.

The index, which will be equally weighted after being rebalanced monthly, includes both state-regulated cannabis companies as well as companies selling CBD derived from industrial hemp.
